School Closure Activities
While school is closed sometimes its hard to keep active. How about trying some of our active lines activities with your family?
jumping jacks, ski jumps, lunges, squats, squat jumps, heel raises, high knees, kick your bum.. etc.
These are just some ideas I’m sure you can come up with more!
Another idea would be to try our February Fitness Challenge activities?
See who can hold a wall sit or plank for the longest, or see how many squat jumps or burpees you can do in a minute? Again im sure you can come up with plenty of other ideas yourself!

Go Noodle has a range of activities from dance to fitness to meditation
1st and 2nd Class kicked off Science Week 2019 by doing an experiment to learn what things in our classroom sink and what things float. We had lots of fun and things even got a little messy!
Starting on Monday November 11th Ringaskiddy NS are participating in the Active Break Every Day Challenge for 4 weeks! We are so excited to get moving!!
